It did help endurance for about 5 mins longer, but nothing revolutionary. The downside is that it has to be applied 20-30 mins before the act for it to be absorbed according to the instruction, which is quite a long time. But the worst thing is its scent. It leaves behind a strong herbal scent that lingers for days. Both my wife & I don't like the scent. Considering the high price, I won't buy it again.
