We offer FREE Local Shipping to Singapore on order $80.00+.
FREE International Shipping is also available on order $150.00+ for other South East Asia countries, $200.00+ for Australia and $250.00+ for US, UK, Canada etc.
Delivery starts from $4.90 depending on the weight and destination of your order for orders which are not eligible for Free Shipping.

Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days for Singapore and 2 to 8 weeks for all other countries. The exact timing based on shipping address will be indicated at checkout.

Our business operating hours are from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. All orders received during weekends and public holidays are considered next business day orders.
E.g. Order placed on Saturday will be considered Monday order. If SAME DAY delivery is chosen, the order will be delivered on Monday. If NEXT DAY delivery is chosen, the order will be delivered on Tuesday.
The cut-off time indicated during shipping checkout is based on business hours.
E.g. Order is placed on Monday at 10am and SAME DAY delivery is chosen, as the cut-off time for SAME DAY delivery is 8am, this order will be pushed to NEXT DAY delivery on Tuesday instead.
E.g Order is placed on Sunday at 5pm and NEXT DAY delivery is chosen. As this order is considered a Monday order, it will be delivered on Tuesday instead. For delivery on Monday, SAME DAY delivery will have to be selected.
Once your order is placed, we are unable to arrange for cancellation or rerouting of your order. Please carefully check your shipping address for typos and missing apartment or suite numbers.

Absolutely! All of our orders are shipped in neutral, unbranded packaging. There will be no mention of lubricants, condoms or sex toys. The return address will show as BLTN PTE LTD, not Juicy Missy.

With the exception of local Singapore orders, we do not collect VAT/GST, administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your particular charges may be on all international orders. These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient is responsible for these charges. We will not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging with all of the original contents (manufacturer’s packaging, instruction manuals, warranty card, accessories, etc.) included.
Sale items are not eligible for returns.
You are responsible for return shipping charges. 20% restocking fee will apply to all packages which are returned, unless otherwise stated.
We strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service for return with proper packaging as we are not liable for missing items or items damaged during transit.
