We offer FREE shipping on all orders to Singapore and from order $50.00+ for all other countries! Delivery starts from $5.90 to $17.90 depending on the weight and destination of your order.

Yes! All of our orders are shipped in neutral, unbranded packaging. There will be no mention of lubricants, condoms or sex toys. The return address will show as BLTN PTE LTD, not Juicy Missy.
Our post office requires 8 weeks for delivery of orders before they are listed as missing. Requests for refund or resend will be processed after that.
No refund will be made on packages which are unclaimed, refused (except for DOA), abandoned or disposed of. Please ensure proper arrangements have been made for your parcel to be collected.
We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages marked as delivered by carrier.
Refund or redelivery policy does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by natural disasters, union strikes or any events beyond our control.
Packages which are unclaimed within the stipulated timeframe are subject to disposal by either the sender's or recipient's local postal office. No refund will be made on packages which are unclaimed, abandoned or disposed of.
We do not collect VAT/GST, administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient is responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
We will not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging with all of the original contents (manufacturer’s packaging, instruction manuals, warranty card, accessories, etc.) included.
Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts may not be accepted for return, or granted a partial refund only.
You are responsible for return shipping charges. 20% restocking fee will apply to all packages which are returned, unless otherwise stated.
We strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service for return as we are not liable for missing items.
Please use proper packaging for return shipping. Items which are damaged during transit will not be accepted for return.
